Une création de projet simplifiée avec la version translator pro
Si vous devez réaliser un petit projet de traduction, la configuration d'un projet devrait être simple et rapide. Avec memoQ 2015, ce l'est. Il suffit à un traducteur de faire glisser et de déposer les fichiers à traduire dans memoQ, pour ensuite sélectionner le lien « Commencer la traduction ». L'assistant de création de projets entre en jeu, alors que toute l'information requise se trouve déjà là. Le titre du projet est défini en fonction du titre du premier fichier du projet et les langues sont sélectionnées en fonction de la dernière paire de langues utilisée dans memoQ. Vous pouvez modifier tous ces paramètres ou cliquer sur le bouton Terminer pour commencer la traduction.
Amélioration de l'utilisation des fragments
Il est frustrant de constater qu'un seul mot ou deux diffèrent dans une correspondance partielle et que ceux-ci se retrouvent dans votre base terminologique, votre liste de correction automatique ou une autre ressource. memoQ 2015 comporte une fonction améliorée de recherche de fragments appelés MatchPatch qui corrige les correspondances partielles. MatchPatch corrige les correspondances partielles en remplaçant les mots erronés par des termes tirés de bases terminologiques ou d'autres ressources. La fonction de substitution de nombres de memoQ a également été améliorée. memoQ 2015 reconnaît plus de formes de nombres et les remplace par la forme préconisée dans la langue cible.
Compatibilité améliorée
Dans memoQ 2015, nous avons amélioré une fois de plus la compatibilité avec les autres technologies de traduction. memoQ peut lire les commentaires, y compris du texte surligné dans un fichier SDLXLIFF. Tout ce que vous saisissez dans memoQ s'affiche correctement dans Trados Studio. Si le fichier source original était en format Microsoft Word, memoQ reconnaît le formatage SDLXLIFF ainsi que toutes les autres balises et vous permet de modifier le formatage et de conserver les modifications si vous importez de nouveau le fichier dans Trados Studio.
Gestion de la traduction améliorée
Si la gestion de la traduction n'est pas toute centralisée au sein de votre entreprise, memoQ server 2015 vous offre cette possibilité, et vous pourrez la mettre en branle sans grande difficulté. Vous pouvez définir des groupes de chefs de projets pour différents services ou succursales dans le monde qui seront autorisés à utiliser un groupe déterminé de ressources, mais qui pourront créer des projets sur le serveur. Ainsi, ils pourront réduire les coûts et rehausser la qualité, tout en conservant une certaine autonomie dans le choix de l'attribution des travaux de traduction. memoQ 2015 permet également aux chefs de projet d'affecter du contenu à un, à deux ou à trois sous-traitants différents et de donner deux rôles différents à la même personne.
Éditeur de raccourcis clavier
Les traducteurs font un usage fréquent des raccourcis clavier pour accélérer le travail. memoQ 2015 propose un nouvel éditeur de raccourcis clavier qui offre une plus grande souplesse et polyvalence en matière de raccourcis. Il est possible désormais de créer des raccourcis pour n'importe quel caractère spécial que vous utilisez souvent et pour la plupart des fonctions de memoQ. De plus, nous avons rendu le ruban personnalisable.
Tableau de bord de gestion de projets
L'équipe derrière memoQ a pour objectif de simplifier la gestion des projets et la rendre plus efficiente et efficace. Le tableau de bord de gestion de projets accroît l'efficacité de cette gestion. Le chef de projet voit mieux les projets et obtient une vue détaillée de l'état de ceux-ci. Des messages d'alerte permettent d'aviser les chefs de projet si leur intervention est requise. Gestion des projets et des utilisateurs sur Internet
Les équipes de traducteurs ont été les premières à accueillir memoQ cloud et l'interface Web de memoQ. memoQ 2015 ajoute plus de fonctions performantes à l'interface Web, qu'il s'agisse de la nouvelle fonction de gestion des utilisateurs ou de l'aperçu amélioré des tâches. Un chef de projet peut attribuer des utilisateurs aux tâches d'un projet et gérer les utilisateurs à partir de l'interface Web. L'aperçu de la tâche pour les traducteurs et les réviseurs a également fait l'objet d'une refonte complète en vue de mettre de l'avant les tâches qui requièrent leur attention.
