Bases terminologiques modérées dans Qterm

Bases terminologiques modérées dans Qterm

Lorsqu’une base terminologique est utilisée par plusieurs traducteurs dans un projet, les utilisateurs peuvent ajouter de nouveaux termes à partir de l’éditeur de traduction memoQ. Toutefois, ces nouvelles entrées de terminologie devront être approuvées ou rejetées par un terminologue avant d’être finalisées dans la base terminologique. Jusqu’à présent, cette fonctionnalité n’était disponible que dans les bases terminologiques memoQ. À partir de la version memoQ 10.2, la modération est également possible dans les bases terminologiques Qterm. Pour créer une base terminologique modérée, cochez simplement la case Base terminologique modérée. La fonctionnalité de modération dans Qterm est la même que celle des bases terminologiques memoQ, y compris la disponibilité différée. Lorsque l’option Disponibilité différée est activée, les entrées nouvellement ajoutées ne sont visibles qu’après approbation par un terminologue. Si l’option est désactivée, les utilisateurs peuvent voir les nouveaux termes avant la modération. Gardez à l’esprit que le terminologue peut décider ultérieurement de rejeter le terme, après quoi il disparaît de la base terminologique et n’est plus visible dans la fenêtre de résultats.

Grâce à cette nouvelle fonction, les bases terminologiques memoQ modérées peuvent également être converties en bases terminologiques Qterm.

La modération – une fonction auparavant disponible uniquement dans les bases terminologiques memoQ – est désormais également possible dans Qterm

En tant qu’administrateur de serveur ou chef de projet, vous pouvez ajouter des mémoires dans la paire de langues inverse aux modèles de projet afin qu’elles soient automatiquement présentes dans chaque projet que vous créez à partir du modèle. Lorsque vous configurez un modèle, vous pouvez cocher la case Inclure les MT de la paire de langues inverse, de manière à inclure dans le projet les mémoires de la paire de langues inverse contenant les métadonnées pertinentes.

Verrouillage/déverrouillage possible dans les projets en ligne

Les modèles de projet dans memoQ permettent l’ajout de mémoires de traduction dans la paire de langues inverse

Lorsque vous travaillez dans des projets locaux, vous pouvez verrouiller des segments (c’est-à-dire qu’une fois qu’un segment est verrouillé, vous ne pouvez plus le modifier) ou demander à memoQ de verrouiller automatiquement des segments en fonction de critères précis, comme Confirmé par Relecteur 2, etc. Dans memoQ 10.2, le verrouillage et le déverrouillage de segments sont également possibles dans les projets en ligne, dans la version bureau ou via la WS-API. Cette mise à jour facilite aussi la transition entre les projets locaux et en ligne.

memoQ 10.2 contient quelques petites fonctionnalités et améliorations suggérées par nos utilisateurs, telles que la suppression par lots de ressources secondaires, l’importation simplifiée de segments trop longs, et plus encore.

Exportation de fichiers incorporés dans des flux de travail automatisés

Les fichiers incorporés, comme un fichier Excel intégré dans un fichier PPTX ou ZIP, apparaissent comme des documents distincts dans memoQ. Dans les flux de travail automatiques, les documents incorporés seront traités avec le document principal; ils n’afficheront le statut de relecture qu’une fois que tous les documents incorporés auront été traduits.

Suppression par lots de ressources secondaires

Les ressources secondaires (comme les configurations de filtres), qui peuvent être nombreuses si vous travaillez avec plusieurs clients et projets, peuvent maintenant être supprimées par lots.

Inclusion des segments trop longs

Si un segment d’un XLIFF provenant d’un autre outil dépasse la limite admise par memoQ (4 000 caractères), il n’est plus omis lors de l’importation, mais divisé en plusieurs petits segments et importé avec le reste du contenu.

Prise en charge des MT+ dans le flux de travail des packages

Lorsque vous travaillez avec des packages dans memoQ TMS, les MT+ ne sont plus converties en MT classiques lors de l’exportation, mais conservent leur statut de MT+ et peuvent être réimportées en tant que telles. Elles sont ainsi exploitées de la même façon par tous les participants au projet et apparaissent de façon identique dans vos statistiques.

Espace réservé {échéance} ajouté à SubvendorGroupDistribution

En tant que chef de projet, vous pouvez maintenant ajouter l’espace réservé {échéance} dans le modèle de courriel Projet distribué avec attribution à un groupe de sous-traitance afin de pouvoir informer les sous-traitants de la date d’échéance.

Amélioration de la substitution de police : prise en charge du changement de scripts

Les paramètres de substitution de police de memoQ permettent l’utilisation d’une police différente dans le document traduit. À partir de la version 10.2, la substitution de police prend également en charge le changement d’un script à un autre (par exemple, des caractères latins aux caractères japonais).

Introduction des assertions de pré- et post-analyse dans le module de balisage RegEx

En définissant des expressions régulières, vous pouvez convertir des parties du texte en balises internes. Il est possible de créer des expressions régulières subséquentes, mais jusqu’à présent, les règles de ces dernières ne s’appliquaient qu’au texte qui avait déjà été converti par une expression régulière précédemment créée. La nouvelle fonctionnalité vous permet de définir des expressions régulières en utilisant des assertions de pré- et post-analyse (avant et arrière) et de soumettre le texte d’origine disponible à des règles d’expressions régulières subséquentes.

Announcement

We will end support for version 9.12 (LTS) on October 31, 2023.
The newer version, 10.2, released in July 2023, will become the new LTS version, and it will be supported until October 2024.
It is advised for all customers currently running the LTS version to start preparing the upgrade to memoQ 10.2 at their earliest convenience to ensure a smooth transition and maintain smooth operation.
